The promoting body of all the Medical & Para Medical Instituitions is Laxmi Memorial Education Trust (R.).The Trust being a Family Trust was registered in the year 1991 in the memory of Late. Laxmi Shetty, mother of Mr. A.J Shetty, who is the President and Managing Director of the Trust. The Trust is accorded the recognition of linguistic minority trust by the Government of Karnataka. Being the pioneer industrialist of South Kanara, Mr. A.J Shetty started his successful journey to the domain of excellence from a humble background. Fixity of purpose, hard work and futuristic thinking saw Mr. A.J Shetty establish himself in the world of achievements, in a relatively short span of time. Mr. A.J Shetty’s business genius is inborn and authentic. Even the initial hardship and difficulties could only strengthen the management faculties in him.
